Dear Sycamore Elementary School Community,

I am thrilled to welcome you all to another exciting school year at Sycamore Elementary. As a Leader in Me Academy, our commitment to fostering leadership skills and academic excellence remains unwavering.

Our vision is to create a safe, connected, and engaged learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered. Through the Leader in Me program, we equip students with the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People/Kids, empowering them to take ownership of their learning and develop essential life skills.

We believe that education is a collaborative effort between the school, parents, families, and students. Your involvement and support are crucial in providing a successful and enriching academic experience for your child. Together, we can create an environment where every student can learn, grow, and thrive.  

Our motto, "RACE to Success," reflects our commitment to Respect, Accountability, Cooperation, and Excellent Effort. We approach behavior in a proactive, restorative, and positive way, ensuring that all students receive the support they need to achieve academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success.
